The Montanas
Shoes Claude Montana
May I introduce to you the most amazing shoes ever made: A pair of low ankle boots by infamous Claude Montana. Black leather opposed to navy nylon. A piece of fashion history. Now mine.

Undress
Abandon
Yohji Yamamoto Fall/Winter 2009
Chunky knitwear, pyjama and underwear references, oversized coats and shorts, massive layering and an unexpected whiff of colour. The body gladly lost in over-dimensioned garments and comforting fabrics that build a perfect shield but always remain formal and elegant.

Art Investment
Maison Martin Margiela Artisanal collection
The term art becomes vague when talking about Maison Martin Margiela. Establishing deconstructed garments with sculptural character as collector's pieces. Secret information: From November 30th they will be available online for a good cause.

Art Department: Richard Kilroy
Drawing Richard Kilroy
As a Lynn & Horst exclusive, illustrator Richard Kilroy payed homage to lipstick and sausage: "I chose the Diana Dondoe / David Sims / Balenciaga 03 ad image because I felt it encompassed a lot of what Lynn & Horst is about. I wanted the illustration to have some kind of monolithic tone with a minimalist/reductivist quality, but with lots of intricate details that add to the overall effect."

Conquest
T-Shirt Second Hand
Jeans JULIAANDBEN
It is one thing to like Lady GaGa, but another to love Shania Twain. It is a true statement. Demanding high self-confidence, strength and indolence. Qualities that Horst incorporates by nature.

P.S.: Please notice that Shania is wearing a cropped leopard print turtleneck.

Desperation
Space Suit
Dolce & Gabbana Fall/Winter 2007
Another Dolce & Gabbana moment, je regrette. But I think I have to act out my fascination for the embodiment of Italian tackiness. Keep a stiff upper lip until it's over.

Electrical Cable Fight
Versace Spring/Summer 2010 vs. Electrical cable
A green-yellow power cable leading to a circuit board. How could one describe a look more precisely?

Reprogram My Heart
Photos Kasia Bobula
Yes, I loved this collection. And I do love the similarities between the horizontal structured top and the combed-through hair as seen in the last picture.

Monster
I found the perfect accessory for the new trans-fur-mational look. Unfortunately, they don't come in an albino version. So, which pair shall I pick?

Trans-Fur-Mation
The human race needs to transform for the post-apocalyptic winter. Or cuddly nights. You choose.

Preferred Disorientation
Vanessa Bruno Spring/Summer 2010
Has someone noticed this? Lace knee-bands and a quite remarkable collection. The random paired with overdosed feminity and a tempting weirdness.

Sculptures
Cut-away views. Undulated shapes interfering with each other, creating space of nothingness in their centre. A black leather glove, inexistent yet present.

Reflective Dust
Prada Fall/Winter 2008
Another Prada collection that evolves its beauty and strength particularly in retrospective. It is still hard to grasp, the bikini transformed into a men's suit. Frill skirts opposed to stiff collar duplicates. Confusing and directional.
