Forbidden Smell

Comme des Garçons Series 6: Synthetic

They are finally back: socially incorrect fragrances based on man-made places and materials of daily life. My left wrist still smells like 'Garage' and my right wrist like 'Tar'. A mix of lauriel aldehyde, traces of kerosene, leather notes, plastic floral notes, vetiver acetate and chinese cedar wood.

Kastenflimmern II

Comme des Garçons Shirt Spring/Summer 2012

As implicated before, I am more and more falling in love with the Comme des Garçons op-art pattern and typography mix and mash mental(sickness)ity. Therefore, I recently purchased a handwriting logo type shirt and a black hooded T-shirt. Photo booth desired?

Kastenflimmern

1. Hero Magazine editorial by Takay
2. Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2012
3. Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2001
4. Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 1997

Since I remain indifferent towards the use of colour in my own wardrobe, a pattern approach might be the most logical, complex and visually appropriate equivalent. Preferably op-art in black and white. Comme please.

The Craft VI

1. Comme des Garçons Fall/Winter 2012
2. Junya Watanabe Spring/Summer 2003
3. Comme des Garçons Shirt Fall/Winter 2012
4. Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2007
5. Junya Watanabe Spring/Summer 2002

Death threat letters from Rei and Junya. While Rei combines letters, numbers and conspirative signs and places them onto canvases of androygnous cuts, she manufactures the visual element of shock that has always succeeded so well. In the meanwhile, Junya prepares scissor and newspapers.

2. Julien D'Ys for Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2012

The moustache of Salvador Dalí, this significant curl. And the theatrical work of Julien D'Ys. The man behind the hair at Comme des Garçons. The connection between Salvador and Rei evolves.

L'Imitation

Trompe l'œil shoes Comme des Garçons
Snakeskin belt Comme des Garçons Homme Plus
Fake leather top Topman

Almost every piece of Comme des Garçons is a theoretical construct, an ironic construct and a deconstructed construct. The fake, the camp and the comical. For you, I'll paint my nails red.

Desired #4

Reptile Briefcase Comme des Garçons

Although the concept of having a briefcase attracts me, I haven't found the exact purpose for it yet. Their appearance just causes an instant urge to hold, touch and own them. Maybe someone could help me out.

2. Issey Miyake Spring/Summer 2004
